Where are you located?
We are based in the Chicagoland area and also service the immediate surrounding suburbs. We partner with cooperative baking spaces registered and inspected by the State of Illinois, Service Sanitation, and Cook County Public Health divisions. Public health mandates and restrictions prohibit public/customer access to our facilities. Customer pickups are facilitated by appointment only.
Do you deliver?
Yes delivery is available. Delivery costs are based upon distance. If you require delivery and/or setup of your sweets, please indicate that on your order form details so that scheduling arrangements may be confirmed.
Do you use nuts/allergens?
Our bakery is not nut free. We cannot guarantee that any of the product’s ingredients are free from nuts, gluten, and/or any common allergens. Manufacturing processes used for some ingredients may not be 100% nut/allergen free. Kute Cookies & Co does not accept liability for issues caused by allergens. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE ALLERGEN INFORMATION IS PASSED ON TO THOSE CONSUMING OUR DESSERTS. We do not offer gluten or dairy free items.
How do I store my desserts?

Cookies may be left in a box in a cool room away from direct heat sources or sunlight. Do not refrigerate. For longer keeping, cookies may be wrapped in cling wrap and placed into a freezer bag and frozen for up to 2 months. Defrost at room temp.

Pound Cakes should be stored room temp in an airtight container. Do not refrigerate. For longer keeping, poundcakes may be wrapped in cling wrap and placed into a freezer bag and frozen for up to 2 months. Defrost at room temp.

Cupcakes are best consumed on the day of celebration.

Dessert Shooters should be refrigerated until serving.

Custom Cakes will have detailed cake care information attached to each box. The customer will also receive the detailed care information by email/text upon. pickup/delivery.
Payment policies?
Slots and appointments are only guaranteed upon submission of payment. When placing your custom sweets order, please be mindful that our desserts are prepared fresh and custom to order. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred upon discretion and scheduling availability on a case-by-case basis. If you have an emergency, please reach out to us directly immediately for options. We will do all within reason to accommodate.
