Why cookies?
Cookies are portion perfect, portable, and don't require utensils. Also they're a wonderful indulgence while remaining guilt free.
How much do Kute Cookies cost?
Kute cookies are $2 per cookie. Of course, quantity discounts apply.
What is the minimum cookie order?
1 dozen cookies is the minimum order. You may have a variety of shapes/sizes/colors within that dozen or more.
Can you personalize my cookies?
Because we are a custom cookie company, we would like to make the cookies as personal as possible! As long there is room on the cookie for personalization, we are happy to do it. Personalization is an additional $.25 per cookie.
Do you have a retail location?
There is no public access to our bakery and pick up is by appointment only. We coordinate local pickup/delivery in the Chicago land area and surrounding suburbs. Cookies can also be shipped. Shipping costs will be added to your order total. Inquire when placing your order. There are future plans for a Kute Boutique - so stay tuned.
How do I order Kute Cookies?
Use the information on the CONTACT US page. You may call direct or send an email. All orders/inquiries are addressed within 24 hours. We'll gladly gather all the specifications and information from you to custom create your treats immediately. Payment is required once your order is confirmed. Again, minimum order requirement is 1 dozen treats. Please order at least 48 hours in advance and if possible allow more time for heavy order periods (holidays).
Do you Deliver?
Delivery to the Metropolitan Chicago area and surrounding suburbs for a fee. If you're in the downtown Chicago Loop area Monday - Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, we'll gladly deliver your order to you for a small fee.
What about rush orders?
Just call and ask. We will do everything within our power to accommodate our customer's needs.
What is your deposit/cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations and a full refund.
How are Kute Cookies wrapped/packaged?
Kute Kouture Cookies are individually wrapped in cellophane and tied with coordinating satin ribbons.
How do I care for Kute Cookies?
Our cookies are baked fresh daily. To ensure the highest quality, we recommend that they be consumed within 2 weeks of receipt. The best way to store the cookies is in an airtight container. You can prolong their life by placing them in the fridge and allowing them to reach room temperature before serving them.
Do your cookies contain dairy/sugar/peanuts?
Kute Kouture Cookies are made with fresh butter, whole eggs, pure vanilla and almond extracts, baking powder, spices, sugar, and unbleached flour. KKC products are prepared in the most sanitary conditions. No preservatives used. Not suggested to those with dairy/nut/sugar allergies. Consume at your own discretion.
Kute Kouture Cookies sure are pretty but do they actually taste good?
ABSOLUTELY! Our cookies are baked fresh, and we use quality ingredients to ensure you receive the tastiest treats possible.
